Our Story
At Fireside Pies, we believe in tradition. In 2004, Fireside Pies was born out of an old cottage on the historic Henderson Avenue in Dallas. Since then, we have grown our love of artisanal wood-fired pizza and heartfelt rustic cooking into a collection of intimate neighborhood restaurants throughout the Dallas area.
No two Fireside Pies are alike. Each location reflects its unique neighborhood charm—but all evoke the soul of rustic Italian roots, genuine hospitality, and the spirit of a great gathering place.
